This activity contains 11 basic colors. Each color page has a jar (or “container”) with that unique color, as well as ~10 images of recognizable concepts to cut out.
The activity is simple: place the jars on the table and let the Apprentice sort the correct colors into the correct container! For example: the orange Fox should be placed onto the orange container.
The most common usage is to practice an Apprentice’s colors. But most of the jars and images employ basic shapes too (not all of them have a clearly defined shape), allowing you to play this sorting activity to practice shapes as well. Once an Apprentice can do that, they’re ready for the little board game attached to the pieces too!
