Description

This teaching resource is basically a physical version of the Quizzes around this topic. Those quizzes are digital and allow playing sounds. With this resource, the sounds have to be made by the Guardian and Apprentices themselves.

The disadvantage is, of course, that this requires extra effort. The advantage is that you don’t have to involve screens and have more creativity in the exercises.

For that reason, this resource is rather short and we’d actually recommend the other Factions (stories, quizzes, activities) for this step. We also recommend moving on from here rather quickly to start building word and syllable awareness next.
