The Genius Resort

There’s a legend about a holiday resort that’s more beautiful, and fun, and relaxing than anything you’ve ever seen. It has the best beach. It has endless free ice cream. It also has … no map telling you how to find it.

You see, the resort only wants guests that they like. Guests who will behave. Guests who are smart, and kind, and who can cooperate. Otherwise the resort would soon stop being beautiful and relaxing!

That’s why the resort only gives you a series of puzzles. Only families who can solve them all will figure out its secret location. Only geniuses who can break the code, together, are allowed into The Genius Resort.

Can you get there before your holiday is over?

This is something we call an escape calendar. Escape rooms that are also advent calendars are quite common and beloved, so we thought: why don’t we make such things but for other holidays? This escape room has a whopping 25 puzzles, enough to fill an entire summer (holiday).

Every puzzle gives you a new location on the map, which is a new small puzzle to solve. You could play 1 puzzle a day, perhaps every summer evening or before going to bed. You could play multiple puzzles whenever you have to travel during the summer. You could also play it as a regular escape room, though you might want to clear out your entire day if you want to finish it in one sitting …

As usual, the puzzles are mostly textless and minimalist. No wasted paper or ink, no distractions, just fun and creative puzzles for all ages. Only a few puzzles require being able to read or count quite well, and the difficulty is pretty average overall.
