This is a “scavenger hunt” or “escape room” themed around Easter. It’s suitable for young ages, although those who can’t read (well) yet might need some help.
The major twist, however, is that it’s customizable!
Every “puzzle” allows you to write down the solution that should roll out. This means you can hide eggs in specific locations (e.g. UNDER BED or IN GARDEN), and use this material to reveal those specific locations. Because it’s meant to be combined with actual searching/moving around, the puzzles themselves are quick to solve and keep momentum.
The customization by you is, therefore, required!
In practice, this means the following,
- Every puzzle has two steps: discover a meaningless solution (numbers, symbols), then translate it to its meaning.
- The solutions are fixed—that’s simply the puzzle we made and provide you with!
- But the translation is yours—draw the right icon or write the right letters for the solution. (Then add random wrong solutions for any other translation.)

Each puzzle indicates its difficulty. The puzzles do not rely on each other (they are self-contained), so you can decide which ones to include.
