level 2 | science | quizmasters | my-first-adventures-in-space

Description

This quiz is meant as a first introduction to (outer) space. It contains basic questions that introduce the idea of a star or solar system, as well as things like astronauts or the fact the Earth spins around. Almost all the questions have an image or video to keep everyone engaged, even those who can’t read yet.

It is absolutely meant as an educational quiz (for in a classroom). If your players are a bit older or more knowledgeable, we suggest the Astronaut Aptitude Test or Quiz of the Galaxy instead!

You can play the quiz the usual way—ask questions, check who knows the answer—but we also added an interactive, physical version. In this version, your class turns into a solar system, and players are actually moving around as they answer questions, trying to reach the Sun!

Like all our quizzes, it uses our advanced system that allows playing the quiz however you want: digitally, physically, hybrid, with custom answer sheets, and more.

Have fun!

Spell: My First Adventures In Space

This resource is part of the My First Adventures In Space topic (or "spell").

To be frank, the only reason this topic is part of Level 2 is because most kids love the idea of space. The idea of exploring a galaxy, flying in a spaceship, finding magical new planets. The topic makes it easy to create lots of fun activities and games that naturally teach a lot about a variety of topics.
