This quiz is pretty unique. It’s not really about the questions and their answers.
Sure, the quiz is filled with simple questions to teach children words and wisdom when it comes to exercise, health and sports. But it’s mostly about how you give those answers.
You can’t shout your answer, or write it down. No, you have to move! In many different ways!
Below are the different rounds included. As always, you can easily skip rounds or only play one at a time.

Some rounds require a tiny bit of setup. This can be done verbally (“that corner of the room means answer X”), or by actually placing some paper/objects there to remind players.
This makes it an ideal quiz to play with (very) young kids. They can get familiar with the idea of quizzes, while being able to move around with their restless bodies. They will learn a thing or two about exercise or why it’s important, while actually getting that exercise.
