Description
This is a bundle with 3 “audioventures”. Some of the shortest and simplest ones we made, which are ideal for young pre-reader kids who are just learning about their first stories.
An “audioventure” is a short narrated story, broken into chunks of ~20 seconds each. After each chunk, a question is asked about what just happened or what the expect to see/hear/happen next. It’s a fun interactive way to tell stories, as well as a great way to test comprehension of that story.
These audioventures all have 8 parts ( = 7 questions). They are sorted from easiest/shortest to hardest, but the difference in difficulty isn’t that great. They test story comprehension in a variety of ways, including imagery and sounds.

These are quiz experiences (like a pub quiz or trivia night) using our custom digital framework, allowing you to play on any device with a browser!
Our framework allows a large variety of questions, answer types, rounds, interactive media, and other tricks to make the quiz as fun as possible. If desired, though, the entire experience can easily be printed and played completely physically too.
Spell: My First Stories
This resource is part of the My First Stories topic (or "spell").
Simple stories are a great way to teach vocabulary to pre-readers. You can read stories to Apprentices, but most people will already invent their own stories from a young age. An added benefit is the fact that stories are fun and exciting, can include lots of other details about the world, and teach about cause and effect.
