Shapeways is a “physical game” that explores shapes and spatial awareness.
It actually makes use of whatever physical space you have. Because how do you get a game started? Plop down a few “locations” in random spots and you’re good to go! You can endlessly modify the game just by playing in a different space, putting the locations further apart, or placing random household item obstacles within your space.
Your goal is to connect the locations by laying a path of shapes. The only rule is that every new shape must connect to an existing one, without overlap or leaving gaps. Because all the shapes are so strange and irregular, you must be very creative with how you attach them if you want to reach the other location in a somewhat efficient way (before the shapes run out).
We personally love unique games like these that actually blend “board games” with something more physical that allows moving around and even playing without a table. We hope you love this one too!
