How is the product delivered?

It will be a ZIP file. Extract it. It usually contains,

  • All the tracks at the highest quality.
  • The original cover artwork
  • Any demos, notes, discarded recordings, and other work for the album.
  • (MAYBE) The original (DAW) files for the whole project. (This is only possible on tiny projects, as these files are HUGE.)
