Lesson Material refers to anything you can use in a classroom or when homeschooling.
The material fulfills two functions at once: give the teacher/parent a guide as to what to do, and provide the student with actual explainers and exercises to do.
These products align with the curriculae of the biggest schooling systems in the world. For every block or chunk that you need to teach, you should (eventually) be able to find complete Lesson Material for it at this store.
Why would I be interested?
If you’re a teacher or homeschooling parent, then this was specifically made for you.
- Use it to know what to teach, in what order, and with tips on how to phrase it or make it stick.
- And use it to immediately let the students do exercises and test their knowledge, just after you explained something.
Although we might do some things in a different way, or disagree about details, we follow the “requirements” of most schools quite closely. You should be able to use these materials without getting in danger ;)
Why would I not be interested?
If you are not a teacher, homeschooling parent, or maybe an autodidact (someone who teaches himself) … then this just isn’t for you. It’s lesson material. It’s a textbook and exercises to be used at school.
We will gladly refer you to our other Factions for anything else you want to do.
How is the product delivered?
You always get a PDF file. A single printer or screen is enough to use all of it.
- It contains a mix of “explainers” and “exercises”.
- Of course, if working with pre-readers, those explainers are for you and to help you teach something. Once kids can read, they are meant to be read on their own.
- The exercises immediately use that information, challenge it, test it.
- We often also include “activities” at the end.
In many cases, you can give them to your kid/student to enjoy on their own. But we’ll always recommend actually sharing the activity with them.
